Hot Coil Spring

Mainly used in railways, trains, crushers, vibrating screens, foundry machinery, coking equipment, metallurgical equipment, construction machinery, wire diameter 20mm-60mm.

Leaf Spring

Mainly used in various trucks, the maximum thickness of multiple pieces can be 260mm.

Cold Coil Spring

Mainly used in engines, electronic and electrical equipment, braking systems, etc., wire diameter 0.1mm-12mm.

Compression Spring

Compression springs are coil springs designed to resist compressive forces. They are commonly used to store mechanical energy when compressed and are widely found in applications like automotive suspensions, machinery, and electronic devices. Compression springs are made from cylindrical wire and expand back to their original shape when the compressive force is removed, providing reliable and efficient performance.

Extension Spring

Extension springs are mechanical springs designed to absorb and store energy by elongating. They work by pulling force and are commonly used to provide tension in applications like garage doors, trampolines, and appliances. Extension springs are made from coiled wire and are equipped with hooks or loops at both ends for easy attachment, allowing them to return to their original shape when released.

Flat Wire Spring

Flat wire springs are springs made from flat, rectangular strips of metal, designed to provide flexibility and resistance in various applications. Unlike traditional coiled springs, flat wire springs offer a more compact design and are commonly used in applications requiring high load capacity, such as in electronics, automotive, and precision machinery. Their design allows for uniform distribution of stress and space efficiency.

Torsion Spring

Torsion springs are mechanical springs that work by twisting, storing rotational energy. They are typically used to apply a torque or resist rotational motion in applications such as garage doors, machinery, and automotive parts. Torsion springs are highly durable and can be designed to fit in compact spaces while offering precise control over rotational force.

Wire Spring

Wire springs are flexible, coiled metal components that store mechanical energy when compressed or stretched. Made from high-strength wire, they are widely used in various applications, including automotive, electronics, and machinery, to provide tension, compression, or torsion resistance. Wire springs offer durability, versatility, and efficient space utilization in a wide range of industries.

Wave Spring

Wave springs are compact, high-performance springs designed to provide significant force in a limited space. They are made by forming a wave-like shape in a flat wire, offering reduced height and enhanced load capacity compared to traditional coil springs. Wave springs are commonly used in applications such as automotive, aerospace, and industrial machinery, where space-saving and reliability are crucial.

Special Leaf Spring

Special leaf parts are custom-designed metal components produced through stamping or bending processes. These parts are typically used in applications requiring precise shapes, durability, and strength, such as in automotive or industrial machinery. Special leaf parts are known for their ability to withstand high stresses and provide long-lasting performance in demanding environments.

Stamping Metal Parts

Stamping metal parts are manufactured through a process of stamping, where metal sheets are fed into a stamping press to shape them into a desired form. This process involves the use of dies to cut, bend, and emboss metal sheets into precise shapes.
